Make your trip easier and staying here The hotel Staffs EVERYONE are very friendly and have very good service mind. We are stay one night during Hoi-an visit. Front desk person of (4-May-24 around 5pm) are very friendly smile and also do a good explaination with service mind. (The welcome drinks are very refreshing as well!) ★ Tom the bellman staff are very helpful he also help us planing and booking shuttle bus to Night market. ★ Once we return. We found the last trip shuttle bus from Night Market. The staff there are very helpful even the van are full and we didn't book in advance. He takes me and my family to a smaller car and drive us back to the hotel. Every staff in the hotel including house keeping, staff in breakfast area are really really helpful. Once we check out we decided to leave a luggage with the hotel. ★ Dolphine the bellman are also very + and taking care the luuggage for us. He give advise for travel in ancient town area as Once we check out we decided to leave a luggage with the hotel. ★ Snow are also helpful and very calm even we have alot of payment process. If you guys are deciding. Please don't and choose this place. They have a shuttle to beach and market and they will help your trip easier.

We really enjoyed our stay. All the staff was very friendly, helpful, and speaks English very well. They helped us with booking tours, setting up transportation, and gave us recommendations for things to do in the city. The breakfast buffet was the best we had in Vietnam. The rooms were very clean. The location is very practical: 1.4km from the old town, and 3km from the beach. We did everything by bike, using the free bicycles from the hotel. Furthermore, the hotel has a collaboration with a beach club, where you can use towels and sunbeds for free. We spend a lot of our time there. Special thanks to: Flora, Silvia, and Win!

Return visitors - staff are personable and lovely - they go the extra mile to ensure your stay is perfect. Big shout-out to Hieu and Flora at front desk, also Ken (Tiger). Also big thanks to Gin and Jasman (Restaurant Managers) for their service who we met on a previous visit. All the staff are lovely, kind, and caring and really work hard to ensure our stay is perfect. This hotel has lovely large rooms and a great swimming pool especially if you want to do lengths. The hotel is between the old town and the beach so it is a perfect location in a quiet neighbourhood with lots of cafes/restaurants in walking distance. A shuttle is available but you can hire motorbikes from a small family business just across the park. Breakfasts are amazing, got to try the Vietnamese ice coffee and the croissants are the best have tried. Thank you Sincerity, you are the BEST.

Great location, great personnel and great rooms, at a very reasonable price! It was few guests at the hotel during our stay here, so the breakfast was served in the somewhat more premium neighbour hotel, and was absolutely top class (Except for lousy coffee, as was the fact in all hotels we stayed at in Vietnam. This hotel actually had an espresso machine in the breakfast restaurant, however nobody seemed to know how to operate it and they only used it to store cups on). They also had a free shuttle bus to the old town and to the beach, which was very convenient, however taxis are so cheap that we did not use the bus too much.

We spent 4 days here and had a great time. The staff excedes at being helpful and friendly and helped us with many different things. They have a shuttle service to the old town and to the beach (where you get free sunbeds and parasols). We made frequent use of these transfers and it made the hotel's location ideal for us. We rent bikes for free and made a very nice tour through the rice fields (just around the corner). The room was spacious, clean and utterly comfortable. There is also a gym which has enough equipment to do a (at least small) workout. It also has an ac. Thank you to the team of the hotel who madr our stay a remarkable and wonderful experience.
